Mobile Exercise Physiology
Mobile Exercise Physiology, delivered privately
Longevico provides private mobile Exercise Physiology across Brisbane, Redlands, Bayside and selected Brisbane Southside areas.
Consults are delivered in suitable private settings, such as your home, home gym, apartment gym, garage gym or a private gym where you have access and permission to bring in an Exercise Physiologist.
Why the setting matters
Where you live, move and train often tells us more than a clinic room can.
A mobile consult gives Longevico a clearer understanding of your actual environment. That includes the space you have, the equipment available, the routines you follow and the barriers that may get in the way.
It also tends to create a more open conversation. Being in a familiar, private setting can make the consult feel calmer, less rushed and more useful. The plan can then be shaped around your real life, rather than around assumptions.
Who this is suited to
Mobile Exercise Physiology may suit people who are health conscious, curious and willing to engage properly with their health.
It may be a good fit if you prefer a private setting, have access to a home gym, apartment gym, garage gym or private gym, want a more considered approach than a standard exercise session, or need support that takes pain, injury history, health considerations or reduced capacity into account.
A full gym setup is helpful, but it is not required to begin. The first consult does not require any equipment.
What happens in the first consult
The first mobile consult is primarily a detailed conversation.
It looks at your health history, goals, current capacity, previous exercise or training, injury history, pain points, lifestyle context and what you want your health and physical function to look like moving forward.
If appropriate, a small movement screen may be included. However, the first consult is not designed to be a full physical testing session. It is designed to understand you properly, provide initial education and work out the best next step.
More structured physical assessment and objective measures are usually completed in a later consult.
Equipment and setup
No equipment is needed for the first consult.
If ongoing Exercise Physiology support is appropriate, equipment can be discussed after the initial session. Some clients have access to a home gym or private gym. Others may only need simple equipment such as resistance bands, dumbbells, a mat or general use home exercise equipment.
Wearable data can be useful, but it is optional.
The important thing is not having a perfect setup. It is having a setting that is safe, private enough for conversation and suitable for basic movement if needed.
Where consults can take place
Mobile consults may be delivered in your home, a home gym, an apartment gym, a garage gym, a private gym or another suitable private setting.
The space must be somewhere you are allowed to use, and somewhere appropriate for Exercise Physiology support.
You can view current service coverage on the service areas page.
What happens after the first consult
The next step depends on what is discussed during the Initial Health Consult.
This may include a later physical assessment, objective measures, exercise planning, ongoing consults, a home or gym program, reviews, or communication with your GP, physiotherapist, specialist or other health professionals where appropriate.
The aim is not to rush into a plan. The aim is to make the next step clear and appropriate.
Start with an Initial Health Consult
The best first step is an Initial Health Consult.
This gives Longevico time to understand your health, goals, current situation and whether mobile Exercise Physiology is the right fit.
