About Longevico

Exercise Physiology with time to know the case.

Longevico was built around what happens after the appointment: program updates, planned reassessment and agreed follow-through.

The model

Know the person. Keep the plan current.

Health, injury, work, training and medical advice can all affect the exercise plan. Longevico gives each case time for assessment, programming, review and communication with the people involved.

Where another perspective is useful, Longevico can communicate with existing practitioners or help connect the client with an appropriate independent professional. Medical and allied health decisions remain with the relevant practitioners.

Founder-led care

Jonathan Pringle

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Jonathan's experience spans Olympic-level sport, injury rehabilitation, chronic health and neurological rehabilitation. That range supports a practical view of capacity: from regaining essential function to preparing for demanding work or sport.

Longevico maintains a limited ongoing caseload so review, communication and program updates remain part of the service.

Work within scope.Recognise when medical or another allied health review is needed.

Use what changes a decision.Assessment should clarify the next step, not create noise.

Make the plan usable.Clear priorities matter more than an impressive-looking report.
