Available to new private clients attending Longevico at Banyo or having a mobile appointment in Redlands. The initial Exercise Physiology appointment is $200 and includes one 45 minute follow up at no additional cost. No ongoing package is required.
At Banyo, the initial appointment is 60 minutes. For mobile visits, we confirm suitability, availability and visit arrangements before booking. A travel fee may apply for longer distances and is confirmed before booking.
Eligible website, phone and email enquiries, and direct online bookings, received from 30 September until 11:59 pm Brisbane time on 31 October 2026 qualify. You do not have to use the offer button. A timely enquiry remains eligible if we return your call after the closing date.
Both appointments are to be attended within one calendar month of your first eligible enquiry or direct booking. If the corresponding date does not exist in the following month, the last day of that month applies. Genuine rescheduling circumstances and delays caused by Longevico can be accommodated through an agreed extension.
The offer cannot be combined with another promotion or complimentary introduction. It does not apply to appointments billed through Medicare, DVA, NDIS, WorkCover or another third-party funding arrangement. Any private health insurance benefit on the paid consultation must be checked with your fund; no benefit is promised. The included follow-up is provided at a $0 charge and will not be submitted for a fund claim.
Requesting a call does not book or charge for an appointment. For Banyo callback requests, Longevico will call within 12 hours of receiving your request, unless you have asked for a later contact time. If we cannot reach you, we will record the attempt and arrange further contact. Mobile callback requests are used to discuss your suburb, needs and appointment availability. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
