Selected for your case
The assessment is not a fixed battery. Testing is chosen around the concern, the clinical context and what you need to be able to do.

Pain, previous injury, movement tolerance and rehabilitation progress.

Strength, balance, functional capacity and the demands of daily life or work.

Readiness, confidence and the physical demands of the activity you want to resume.

Cardiorespiratory fitness, heart-rate response, exertion and conditioning priorities.

Mobility, range, movement quality and limitations affecting exercise.

Physical qualities relevant to running, cycling, golf, field sport, gym training or another performance goal.
Your assessment may combine several types of testing. The testing is selected around the question, not from a fixed package.
