With consent, a concise summary can cover your goals and preferences, relevant health and injury history, Exercise Physiology findings, current limitations, the reason for referral and the current exercise direction.
Private blood testing is medically interpreted by an independent GP. DEXA and direct VO₂ max testing are completed by independent providers. Longevico does not make medical diagnoses or medication decisions.
