Discuss your health and priorities in a private upstairs consultation room. Use the shared gym for relevant assessment and supervised exercise.
Follow up appointments deliver your exercise plan, assess your response and guide adjustments. We explain technique and effort. No gym membership is required.
Ongoing exercise and review
The plan, review timing, supervision and costs are agreed to your needs. We reassess relevant progress and adapt care, with no compulsory ongoing package.
Standard care includes assessment, exercise prescription and review. Private Health Management adds agreed work and coordination between appointments.

Understand your health, assess relevant capacity and agree on priorities. Your results, written report and first tailored exercise program are included afterwards.

The consultation room is upstairs. Discuss mobility or access needs before booking.
Private appointments need no referral. Confirm any funded referral requirements and gaps beforehand.
